We are looking for a Vendor Success & Onboarding Specialist to help exporters and manufacturers onboard effectively, manage their accounts, and ensure high-quality listings that attract global buyers.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide new vendors through registration and onboarding.
- Ensure product listings meet export and compliance standards.
- Provide training on platform tools and export documentation.
- Act as main point of contact for vendor inquiries and issues.
Requirements
- 1–3 years in account management, vendor relations, or e-commerce.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Knowledge of export compliance and documentation is a plus.
- Basic familiarity with SEO and product catalog management.
