The Ministry of Finance (MoF), in cooperation with the Export Development Fund (EDF), provides a wide range of initiatives to support Egyptian exporters. Programs include export subsidy payments, settlement of old dues, industrial incentive schemes, and the green export initiative. These initiatives ensure that trusted and verified exporters gain access to liquidity, reduce costs, and enhance competitiveness in global markets.

✅ Main Programs

1. Export Subsidy Payment Program – Fast Track – Cash reimbursement (85%) or 100% offset against taxes, customs, and utilities.
2. Settlement of Old Dues Program – Clears exporters’ old dues (before 2019) with the Ministry of Finance and banks.
3. Industrial Sector Incentive Program – Incentives for engineering, furniture, food processing, and textiles, with bonuses for using local raw materials and creating jobs.
4. Green Export Initiative – Special support for eco-friendly and sustainable products with green certification.
