Bisco Misr is one of Egypt’s oldest and most respected food manufacturing companies, established in 1957 to serve the needs of the military and public institutions. In 2015, the American food giant Kellogg acquired a majority stake in Bisco Misr, bringing international expertise and expanding the company’s global reach. By 2024, the Yemeni-based Hayel Saeed Anam Group announced its intention to acquire Kellogg’s share, further strengthening Bisco Misr’s presence in regional markets. With modern factories in Cairo and Alexandria, and exports to more than 15 countries across Africa, the Middle East, and beyond, Bisco Misr continues to represent a proud symbol of Egyptian food industry excellence.
