    • If you already have a logo → Morgeana develops or adapts your visual identity around it.
    • If you don’t have one → the team designs a new logo tailored to your business.
  3. Visual Identity Kit: Includes brand colors, fonts, and ready-to-use templates for brochures, presentations, and emails.
  4. Marketing Consultation: Guidance on how to present your products and use the new identity in exports and exhibitions.

How to use it?

  • After subscribing, the Morgeana team contacts you to collect company details and product photos.
  • Your company profile and full visual identity kit are then prepared.
  • You can apply them on your Morgeana vendor page, in promotional campaigns, and when dealing with buyers or investors.

Account & Settings

How can I edit my company details or products on Morgeana?

🔹 1. Editing Your Company Profile

  1. Log in to your Morgeana account.
  2. From the left-hand menu in your Dashboard, click on Company Profile.
  3. You will see all your company details, such as:
     
    • Company name.
    • Logo (brand image).
    • Address (country, city, street).
    • Phone numbers and email addresses.
    • Company description and services.
  4. Click the Edit button next to the field you want to update.
  5. Make your changes (for example, upload a new logo or update your phone number).
  6. Click Save, and the updates will immediately appear on your public company page visible to buyers.

🔹 2. Editing Products

  1. In your Dashboard, go to Products.
  2. You will see a list of all the products you’ve uploaded.
  3. Next to each product, click Edit Product.
  4. On the product details page, you can update:
     
    • Images: Upload new ones or remove old ones.
    • Title: Adjust the product name to be clearer for buyers.
    • Description: Add more detailed specifications.
    • Price: Update the selling price if it has changed.
    • Stock Quantity: Keep it accurate so buyers know availability.
    • Tags / SEO Keywords: Add or modify keywords to improve visibility in search results.
  5. Once you finish, click Save Changes at the bottom of the page.
  6. Updates appear instantly on the product page and are reflected in search results and campaigns.

  • Always use high-quality images (ideally 800×800 px or higher) to make your products look professional.
  • Keep your company details updated (especially phone and email) so buyers can contact you easily.

  1. From the product page or your order page, click the Contact Supplier button.
  2. A message form will open where you can write your inquiry or special request.
  3. The supplier receives it instantly within the platform and also via email.
  4. All conversations are saved under Messages in your account for easy follow-up.
  5. For faster communication, some suppliers also provide a WhatsApp or direct Email button on their profile.


 


 

How can I create a tender through the RFQ on Morgeana?

The Request for Quotation (RFQ) feature allows buyers to launch a tender and receive multiple offers from different suppliers at the same time:

  1. Go to the product or service you need and click the Request for Quotation (RFQ) button.
  2. Fill in the tender details: quantity, specifications, and any special requirements (such as packaging or shipping).
  3. Choose to send the RFQ to several suppliers simultaneously.
  4. Suppliers will reply with different quotations (price, delivery time, payment terms).

  3. Fill in your basic information (name, email, company details). 
  4. Confirm your email. 
  5. Start exploring products or uploading your own.

How can I compare products on Morgeana?

Morgeana makes it easy to compare products side by side. Here’s how: 

Browse products and click on the Compare icon  under each item.

Select up to 4 products you want to compare. 

Go to the Compare Page where you’ll see a clear table showing prices, specifications, supplier details, and minimum order quantities. 

From there, you can decide which supplier fits your needs best or send a Request for Quotation (RFQ) directly.
