Dr. Naglaa Abdel Razek

Dr. Naglaa Abdel Razek is one of the region’s foremost experts in breast imaging and early cancer detection. With extensive experience in mammography, breast MRI, and image-guided biopsy, she leads Egypt’s national early breast cancer screening program under the Ministry of Health.

She specializes in minimally invasive procedures for benign breast tumors using advanced technologies such as Mammotome (vacuum-assisted biopsy) and BLES (Breast Lesion Excision System). Dr. Abdel Razek is an active member of leading international societies, including RSNA, ESR, EUSOBI, AAWR, and BGICS, and plays a major role in advancing women’s health and imaging practices across Egypt and the Middle East.
